Our Impact

Since its launch, Pathways Plus has grown into more than just a digital literacy program—it’s become a movement of access, aspiration, and agency for students who’ve long been left behind in India’s tech transformation.

At the heart of this initiative lies a fully equipped 20-computer digital lab in Samastipur, Bihar. This space has quickly transformed into a hub of structured learning, where curiosity meets opportunity.

Through our 2.5-month training program, students aged 9 to 16 from local and neighboring schools are introduced to:

Essential computer skills (Microsoft Office, file management, internet use)

Python programming fundamentals

AI-based tools like ChatGPT and Canva for writing, coding, and digital design

Ethical AI usage and prompt engineering basics

With support from trained teachers and ongoing mentorship from program founder Sumair Kandhari, students are not just consuming knowledge—they’re creating it. Many are already building digital projects, helping family businesses, or teaching peers.

What began with one lab has now impacted thousands of children and is scalable across multiple schools. Our vision is to equip every child with the confidence to explore, the skills to build, and the imagination to dream bigger.

More than 1000+ students have participated and 20 + teachers trained.
